Top 3 Thursday – Top Books I Recommend

So it has been a while, but I wanted to take a quick trip back here to do the first in a new weekly meme set up by my lovely friend Mel at A Cosy Reading Blog – visit her site here 😊 So this weeks Top 3 Thursday is the Top 3 Books I Recommend!

Now I could literally go on forever about books I recommend. So this could be a super interesting trial for me! But let’s get started! I should just say these aren’t in order – it’s just how I’m listing them 😊

1. Daughter of a Pirate King – Tricia Levenseller

This book was an amazing surprise. I love pirates, and I knew so many people loved this book, so I had to give it a chance! And it was the best thing I’ve done. It’s book one of a duology, and they’re both released, so it’s a quick series read! No need to wait for the next book! If you enjoy sexy pirates, adventures, and kick-butt heroines, definitely give it a try! Get your copy here 💕

2. Illuminae – Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

I am 100% in love with this series. I’ve seen it around bookstagram for so long, and I finally read it recently. It is now one of my most recommended reads to everyone. The format is so different to anything else I’ve ever read, and the plot twist kept me awake for hours! I honestly could not go to sleep after I read it! I just…. you need to read it. Now. Go get a copy!

3. Fangirl – Rainbow Rowell

I wasn’t sure I would like this book, because I don’t generally read a lot of contemporary books. But I have never read a book that I related to more. Everything in that book was like reading my life. I would highly recommend this to any nerdy girlboss out there. Because it will really hit home with you! Nerd girls unite – get it here!
